CNC Operatorship

PURPOSE         
  • Employees who will be working in the automotive and machinery sectors and who can make and use programs on CNC lathe and CNC milling machines will be trained.
PROGRAM CONTENT
1. CNC Lathe Technology (Part programming)
2. CNC Milling Technology (Part programming)
3. CNC Lathe Application Courses (Fanuc Program)
4. CNC Milling Application Courses (Fanuc Program)
 
METHOS
  • Each trainee will be able to perform parts programs in electronic environment with simulation applications.
  • The parts programs prepared in the workshop trainings will be processed on the counter.
  • Projection, computer and equipments, teaching materials etc. will be used. 
        
 
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE
Graduates of at least high school and the equivalent
Advanced Catia Applications
PURPOSE
To train the participants in Advanced Catia Applications.

PROGRAM CONTENT
Taking parts to assembly setting
Determination of limits and unconstraints
Creation of new mechanism
Mechanism analysis
Creating simulation
Scenario design
METHOD
Making machine and mold parts designs using Catia program
For this course; presentation, demonstration, problem solving, question-answer, group work, brain storming, applied study; observation, implementation, research, following innovations in operations, etc. methods and techniques.
Use drawing and production programs on computer.
Each trainee’s performance on the assigned computer,
VCD, DVD, overhead projector, projection, computer and equipments, teaching materials etc.
 
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE
Preferably graduates of at least high school and the equivalent (or people who have received a Sheet Metal Mold Design Training at BUTGEM)
